We are committed to privacy. When you upload your tax return on our website, we guarantee your personal information is 100% secure and encrypted. Any information that you provide will never be shared. Your private information is safe with us because it stays with us.

After submitting your documents you will be contacted by one of our tax experts with the details of your personal tax return. Current turn-around time for completion of a return is a minimum of 10 business days.

Note: We do not accept returns by email.

Want to leave your tax returns with us? No problem! The only thing we need you to do is complete an intake form & review our document checklist before you come to our office to confirm that you bring everything we will need to work our magic. Although we are not offering in-person appointments with our Tax Specialists they will reach out to you by telephone to review the return with you.

For business returns we will need the following: income (either a list or spreadsheet which includes income for year, business expenses, home expenses (utilities, mortgage statements or rent paid, property taxes) and if applicable your vehicles expenses). If you are HST registered we need your HST return and your access code.

For business returns and/or employment expenses for your vehicle expenses we will need the following:
gas, insurance, repairs/maintanence, vehicle sticker registration, lease payments or purchase agreements,
log book of mileage, parking expenses.

For rental returns we will need the following: income statement, mortgage statements, utilities, property tax, condo fees, repairs and maintenance, insurance, legal and accounting fees.
